Requirements

  • Expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Contact Centre), Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure services
  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s AI-driven capabilities such as Copilot, Azure AI, and machine learning
  • Experience with cloud-based customer platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, AWS)
  • Ability to lead teams and collaborate with clients to understand business needs
  • Practitioner knowledge in areas such as GenAI and human-centred design
  • Understanding of customer data, experience trends, and transformational solutions for customer engagement

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Develop a vision and business cases for transformation projects, highlighting the strategic value of Microsoft technologies
  • Design and implement Microsoft-specific solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services to streamline processes, enhance data insights, and enable personalized interactions
  • Plan and drive the implementation of solutions, managing project timelines, resources, and ensuring milestones are met with appropriate reporting
  • Leverage Microsoft’s AI-driven capabilities (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI, machine learning) to enhance customer experience, business processes, and decision-making
  • Collaborate across the business, sharing knowledge with cross-functional teams and Accenture’s Global Network
  • Shape and deliver integrations of cloud-based customer platforms
  • Support clients in defining a customer-first mindset, redefining customer journeys, and reinventing customer ecosystems
