Responsibilities

  • Enter required data with a high degree of accuracy, including a variety of form types or electronic files such as beneficiaries, personal information changes, and coverage verifications
  • Prepare and manage customer correspondence including creating customer letters, emails, spreadsheets
  • Edit, proof and quality check documents prepared within work team and for other teams within Affinity Customer Service
