Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of technology customer support experience with exceptional customer service skills, technology or automotive industries experience, proficiency in computer software and Microsoft Office applications, effective communication skills via any means, and the ability to help non-technical customers solve technical issues with sophisticated problem-solving and analytical skills. Automotive industries experience and basic knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase and sale documentation are preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Customer Operations Specialist will devote themselves to ensuring customer satisfaction by dealing with customer complaints with empathy, assisting with customer inquiries and problems by routing them to the appropriate contact, providing timely and empathetic support through Zendesk software, handling chats and emails with care, building feedback loops between customers and internal teams, maintaining and influencing SOPs, enhancing the customer Knowledge Base/FAQ, and identifying and promptly resolving customer issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
