Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in operations, support engineering, or systems integration, along with proficiency in Python scripting and working with REST or GraphQL APIs. Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems across domains are also required. Bonus experience with satellite ground systems, telemetry tooling, or customer SLAs is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Operations Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical liaison for customer operations, owning onboarding, escalations, and mission support. You will build and maintain Python-based tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and monitor system health, interface with APIs to connect ground systems and customer platforms, and collaborate with engineering, product, and mission teams to improve internal workflows and customer transparency.
