As a Customer Onsite Specialist, you will travel to Wonolo customer locations to coordinate with customers on issues related to the check-in/check-out process, time-theft prevention, and other Wonoloers' job completion matters. You will provide support for recruiting activities such as hiring events and contacting workers, conduct basic orientation for new workers, monitor candidate performance, resolve issues and conflicts, build and maintain client relationships, and proactively communicate with both customers and workers regarding their experiences.
