Candidates should have 3+ years of experience working in business operations or sales operations, excellent organizational, project, and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to maintain standards for reliability and performance of production, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Experience working with collaborative systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Google and Smartsheet is required, along with a self-starting attitude and desire for learning new programs and systems and widening your knowledge base about the retirement industry and our product.
The Customer Onboarding Operations & Insights Analyst will evaluate existing onboarding processes to identify inefficiencies, develop comprehensive improvement plans, and execute changes to optimize workflows. They will analyze onboarding data and insights to identify trends and bottlenecks, providing data-driven recommendations, collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at boosting revenue growth, create and track onboarding targets, troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth onboarding process, monitor onboarding procedures and reporting, assist Onboarding Operations Manager with quality levels and coordination, and assist in building out tools and tracking to improve onboarding efficiency.
