The Customer Onboarding Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as their trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues during the onboarding phase. They will be responsible for managing the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion through effective project management of all involved stakeholders. This role also involves advocating for clients internally, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate client business expansion with Deel, and becoming a product expert to support customers and internal teams.
