Requirements

  • Experience with IT concepts such as cloud platforms, containers, or networking (from coursework, labs, or internships)
  • Familiarity with Linux basics and curiosity about Kubernetes
  • Awareness of cybersecurity fundamentals (threats, vulnerabilities, compliance)
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with customers - able to simplify technical topics for a range of audiences
  • A minimum of one year experience with helping customers achieve success and measurable outcomes
  • Curiosity about cloud security, observability, and DevOps
  • Exposure to Prometheus, observability, or cloud monitoring tools in school or side projects
  • Team player who thrives in an environment of mentorship and collaboration
  • Eagerness to grow technical depth in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, monitoring, and security

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding experience for new customers — guiding them through deployment, configuration, and adoption of the Sysdig platform
  • Deliver technical enablement sessions (1:1 or group) to help users achieve early value and operational readiness
  • Partner with the Renewals team to provide technical insights during renewal cycles — helping identify adoption blockers, upsell opportunities, and risk indicators
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Sales to provide a seamless customer experience from onboarding to renewal
  • Shadow and support senior engineers during customer workshops, troubleshooting sessions, and renewal reviews to grow technical depth
  • Capture customer feedback to share with Product and Customer Success teams for continuous improvement
