Responsibilities

  • Lead promotional projects in OTC (Over-the-Counter) or OHC (Oral Health Care) categories for one of our major retailers in the Benelux, using shopper insights and retail analyses in collaboration with the NRM team
  • Manage deadlines for promotional development and act as the key contact for third-party agencies
  • Support joint business planning and ensure effective execution of promotional calendars
  • Drive in-store performance metrics and operational excellence
  • Execute the marketing mix to drive conversion while maintaining Haleon’s customer and brand positioning
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness of in-store POS materials and identify new ways to drive category growth with key retailers
  • Build strong key account and brand plans in collaboration with Brand Marketing and the Key Account Manager
  • Analyze market data and promotional effectiveness, and identify knowledge gaps in shopper behavior
  • Support the Customer Marketing team in daily activities to ensure an aligned Customer Marketing strategy for Benelux
