As a Customer Implementation Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end delivery and implementation of complex projects for Deputy’s enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor to provide best practices and identify opportunities. You will validate customer requirements, define project plans, collaborate with architects to design solutions, engage with CX Engineers, interpret business structures, proactively communicate project health, and take a train-the-trainer approach to ensure customer success. Additionally, you will collaborate with Support and Success teams to document configurations and key stakeholders, insuring a smooth transition into longer-term support.
