Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Fully proficient in Polish and English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
  • Located in Poland
  • First-class and inspiring communicator able to set the bar high
  • Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP
  • Team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts with users and partners
  • Detail-oriented and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks
  • Passion for social and environmental impact, with sustainability as a great passion shining through in professional and personal experiences
  • Previous experience in a marketplace, big platform, or Food Industry (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat, and phone
  • Answer all questions through mail, chat, and SSMM tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, and Trustpilot)
  • Embody the philosophy and tone of the brand as the best ambassador
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to spot challenges early and enhance efficiency
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners and customers
