Strong multi-tasking skills and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with a backup connection are also necessary.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will respond to customer support inquiries, resolve complex customer issues by explaining processes, assist customers with their specific cases, proactively advocate for customers, make outbound calls to resolve issues efficiently, escalate concerns when necessary, support and mentor new team members, and gain experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
