Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Specialist will moderate the Mindvalley Mastery community by inviting participants, setting up spaces, and guides in collaboration with the Mastery team, actively interacting with customers to create a positive and supportive atmosphere, providing timely and personalized customer support, guiding customers through their program journey, developing a deep understanding of Mindvalley’s Mastery products, managing customer communications after purchase, creating onboarding materials, monitoring community engagement, tracking key performance metrics, providing regular reports, identifying upselling opportunities, scheduling Zoom calls, and coordinating communication with speakers and various teams to enhance the overall participant experience.
