Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience leadership, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as is a proven ability to drive customer onboarding and engagement. Fluency in French is required, and experience working with international customers is highly desirable.
As the Customer Experience Lead for France, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Experience Managers, overseeing regional planning, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer journey for all French accounts. This includes owning the onboarding process for strategic projects, collaborating with the Customer Success team on customer success alignment, and acting as the primary point of escalation for complex customer issues. You will also train users on the Autone platform and support the team during Quarterly Business Reviews.
