Requirements

  • Demostrable experience (5-6 years) in CX consulting, preferably in strategic or digital consulting firms
  • Deep knowledge of experience design methodologies (Design Thinking, Service Design, Customer Journey Mapping)
  • Analytical capacity and results orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of English (minimum C1)
  • Valued: Experience with experience analysis tools (Medallia, Qualtrics, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customer experience improvement strategies (Customer Journey, Voice of Customer, NPS, etc.)
  • Lead CX consulting projects in diverse sectors (retail, banking, telecommunications, etc.)
  • Analyze processes and touchpoints to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technology, design, operations)
  • Develop value propositions and presentations for clients
  • Accompany clients in the adoption of innovative user-centered solutions
