Candidates must possess a high school diploma and mandatory experience in a relevant customer support role, with a reasonable understanding of Crypto.com’s business structure and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside excellent computer literacy and proficiency in English. Integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, and interest in financial technologies are also required.
The Customer Experience Associate will manage incoming and outbound customer contacts, identify and assess customer needs, resolve product or service problems, maintain customer records, recommend potential products or services, prepare reports, contribute to team efforts, handle changes, go the extra mile to engage customers, and execute other tasks related to fulfilling customer service needs while working with their line manager and respective functions.
