Position Overview

Voya Financial is seeking passionate individuals to join our team and help customers achieve their retirement goals. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic call center environment and are looking to build a long-term career in financial services. You will be responsible for assisting Voya's customers by educating them on their retirement plans and responding to inquiries about various retirement products and plans, including 401(k), 403(b), 457, and 401(a). The focus is on delivering an outstanding customer experience through financial advice and mentorship, simplifying product features and annuity plan concepts for customers, agents, and beneficiaries. No prior retirement knowledge is required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls to build relationships with customers.
  • Educate customers on their retirement plans.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on Retirement Products and Plans (401(k), 403(b), 457, 401(a)).
  • Provide retirement financial advice and mentorship.
  • Clearly explain product features and annuity plan concepts to customers, agents, and beneficiaries.

Requirements

  • Availability to work between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, as business requires.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a lively and dynamic call center environment.
  • Desire to build relationships and work in a team setting.
