Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Strong project management skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
The Customer Consultant will own onboarding and implementation activities, working directly with customers to ensure they are enabled on new solutions. They will conduct check-ins within 30 days post-onboarding, provide value-added services, and identify continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, they will customize best practices, act as a solutions expert during onboarding, create and update documentation, and collaborate with customers and account teams to ensure successful onboarding completion.
