Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a high-performing team through daily operations, workload planning, training, and decision-making to achieve KPIs and service levels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, medical associations, and key opinion leaders to drive business performance
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering growth, collaboration, and alignment with company goals
  • Provide expert support across customers, back office, and field sales teams with comprehensive knowledge of products, systems, and processes
  • Identify and resolve problems or escalations proactively, implementing process improvements and supporting new regional initiatives
  • Monitor and report on performance, SLAs, and communication flows, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration
