Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in customer service and phone support, along with a strong background in claims and/or dispute resolution, which is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent are required, alongside professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in typing and using computer systems and software, as well as strong multitasking and time management abilities in a dynamic environment, are also necessary.
The Customer Care Representative will handle high volumes of customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency, manage and resolve customer complaints, claims, and disputes in a timely and courteous manner, review and assist in preparing responses to credit card chargebacks and regulatory complaints, provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customers while maintaining a high level of service, maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case resolutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
