Responsibilities

  • Create new quotes and renewal quotes
  • Prepare technical support contracts "TechConnect" following customers' needs
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Handle phone calls from customers
  • Enter, verifies, and monitors customer orders and contracts
  • Manage service tickets
  • Maintain customers' software database
  • Assure the accuracy of data
  • Communicate with partners
  • Report continuous improvement opportunities
  • Participate in projects
  • You will report to your Hiring Manager
