Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, with a strong understanding of SaaS solutions and customer relationship management. Experience within the industrial technology sector or data management is highly desirable, along with proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
The Customer Business Executive will be responsible for partnering with customers to understand their business needs, driving customer retention and expansion, and identifying opportunities to increase value through Cognite's platform. They will act as the primary customer advocate throughout the post-sale lifecycle, building strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success, while also contributing to the growth of Cognite’s customer base in the Indian market.
Industrial data management for asset-heavy industries
