Process modeling, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis
Use of decision frameworks and reference architectures for extensibility
Familiarity with SAP Joule and AI-driven process automation
Nice to have: Proven experience in recovering, stabilizing, and realigning projects facing significant delivery challenges; Demonstrated ability to restore delivery excellence; Hands-on experience in at least one major enterprise platform (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or other supply chain platforms); Hands-on in one or more business domains (e.g., Finance)

Responsibilities

Lead SAP Signavio deployments for process mining, modeling, and optimization
Conduct process discovery and fit-to-standard workshops
Collaborate with business and IT teams to align processes with SAP best practices
Use Signavio insights to guide clean core transformation and extensibility decisions
Integrate Signavio with SAP BTP and S/4HANA for continuous improvement
Nice to have: Manage delivery recovery efforts end-to-end (issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, execution of turnaround plans); Manage robust delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies; Successfully re-baselined delivery plans, managed risks and issues proactively, realigned delivery commitments; Monitored and enhanced Delivery Experience (DEX), drove reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), improved delivery quality through KPIs; Built and maintained trust with stakeholders through structured communications, governance routines, proactive engagement; Support Steering Committees, weekly executive connects, status reviews; Tracked and analysed key schedule, quality & financial metrics (e.g., SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, budget compliance), identified cost leakages, led commercial resets and EAC recovery; Proactively identified delivery risks, implemented preventive/corrective actions, ensured compliance with audits, InfoSec, quality gates; Provided hands-on support for complex technical and project-level challenges; Managed contract deliverables (financial constructs, liability clauses, dependencies, entry/exit criteria); Drove excellence through agile methodologies, quality frameworks, continuous improvement initiatives
