- Ability to ensure clean and sanitary facilities according to company safety procedures, guidelines, and federal, state, and local laws/regulations (e.g., OSHA, state health department)
- Knowledge or ability to perform cleaning tasks including wearing PPE, emptying waste/recycle bins, dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, stripping/waxing floors, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms/showers, vacuuming/spot-cleaning carpets, cleaning electronic devices (e.g., microwaves), windows, air conditioner ducts, and ceiling tiles, and identifying/reacting to additional cleaning needs
- Ability to assist in facility support (e.g., setting up rooms for events, minor maintenance/repairs, collecting/transporting recyclables, disassembling/cleaning drug dispensers, reporting issues like roof leaks/power outages)
- Ability to complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborating with managers/co-workers/customers/business partners, identifying priorities/deadlines/expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/difficulties/feedback
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics/integrity standards, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy
Responsibilities
- Ensure clean and sanitary facilities (e.g., offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) by performing specified cleaning tasks per safety procedures and regulations
- Assist in facility support including setting up rooms for special events, minor maintenance/repair activities, collecting/transporting recyclables, disassembling/cleaning drug dispensers, and reporting facility issues to management
- Complete work assignments and priorities through collaboration, task execution, communication, improvement recommendations, and adaptation to change/feedback
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics/integrity by implementing action plans and applying them in business processes
