Requirements

Responsibilities
The Cultivation Technician will monitor and maintain optimal climate, fertility, and pest management for plants at various growth stages, assisting with transplanting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest management. They will also support plant propagation through potting and cuttings, maintain sanitation standards, operate cultivation equipment, and participate in R&D trials by collecting and analyzing data, implementing scientific methods for process improvement, and working closely with the R&D team. Furthermore, the technician will assist with harvesting and post-harvest activities, ensuring accurate documentation and identifying areas for cultivation practice improvement.
