Technical Customer Success Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of technical advisors and advocates, possess strong technical problem-solving skills, and be adept at mentorship and organizational strategy. A background in customer success or a related technical field is expected, along with experience in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members. The role requires the ability to manage budgets, forecast headcount, and approve pricing exceptions.
The CSTA Manager will set clear goals and manage team performance, actively support direct reports' career development through regular one-on-ones and quarterly check-ins, and facilitate team meetings. They will collaborate with global CSTA leads on programs to improve customer and employee experience, contribute to global learning and development initiatives, and ensure the continuous learning of themselves and their team in technical knowledge and soft skills. The manager will also work closely with Sales and CSG peers to drive territory success, monitor key reports and dashboards, manage budgets and forecasts, make CSTA account assignments, and serve as a point of escalation for customer issues.
