Requirements

Competencies to comfortably deal with complex issues in primary area of support (Core: OPMac, OPWindows, OPiOS, OPAndroid, OPLinux)
Competencies developed to Level A standard in additional area(s) of support
Intermediate knowledge of CS stack, such as use of environment variable controls for troubleshooting, Kibana, and DataDog
Complete understanding of 1Password's product feature offering from a usability perspective, including deployment and use across supported operating systems and browsers
Familiarity with all officially supported desktop browsers and their compatibility with 1Password
Well-developed knowledge of file structures, system settings, and permissions of at least one supported operating system; working knowledge of all
Comfortable taking on customer calls to understand and scope issues
Ability to maintain working knowledge of known issues and workarounds
Ability to follow established workflows and adhere to performance expectations
Location: Remote within the UK and the Netherlands

Responsibilities

Reproduce, diagnose, and deliver solutions for escalated Tier 2 technical queries across primary area of support
Resolve Tier 1 CRM volumes when required
Take on customer calls to better understand and scope issues
Provide known issues and workarounds to affected customers
Guide junior colleagues to correct answers or guidance
Support junior colleagues with Tier 1 questions on Slack
Address questions related to app functionality (e.g., feature requests)
Collaborate with peers across CS org and provide usability guidance for CS-Service
Effectively escalate open queries to Tier 3 using internal notes for handoff
Create internal documentation for common questions or guides
