Candidates need 3-5 years of extensive experience with cruise sales using a consultative sales approach, sound knowledge of Mediterranean, European River Cruises and/or Expedition cruising, and expertise in client relationship building with high-touch clients. Additional requirements include strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, resourcefulness in learning new systems, and the ability to resolve problems independently.
