  • 2+ years’ experience in a QA or Test Analyst role
  • Proven technical experience testing complex workflows, data integrations, and platform calculations
  • Proven track record in validating workflows, email campaigns, automated customer journeys, and cross-channel marketing automation
  • Expertise in testing audience segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content delivery in automated campaigns
  • Experience in testing and validating email campaign HTML
  • Nice to Have: Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Nice to Have: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for email campaigns
  • Execute rigorous testing across multiple email clients, devices, and browsers
  • Test email campaigns for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines and industry best practices
  • Identify and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies to the development team
  • Test campaign targeting and automations to ensure accurate data, volumes, targeting, and campaign setup
  • Own, lead, and champion process improvements and team collaboration
  • Contribute to maximizing efficient use of resources
