Responsibilities

  • Lead executive-level workshops and discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders
  • Assess client analytics requirements, business objectives, and integration needs
  • Translate complex analytics challenges into strategic, actionable solutions
  • Approve high-level CRM Analytics architecture, including dashboards, datasets, ETL pipelines, and integration strategies
  • Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business goals
  • Guide creation of PoCs, demos, and visualizations for executive presentations
  • Oversee development of project estimates, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs with strategic technical input
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies for analytics initiatives
  • Lead and mentor consulting teams and analysts on CRM Analytics best practices
  • Maintain knowledge repositories, reusable templates, and solution accelerators
  • Partner with Sales, Technical Architects, and PMO to ensure solution readiness and alignment
  • Represent the practice in executive client meetings and strategic discussions
  • Stay current with Salesforce CRM Analytics, BI tools, and industry best practices
  • Advise clients on governance, security, and data quality standards
