Requirements

  • One (1) year of crew scheduling experience
  • One (1) year of training experience
  • Complete understanding of the applicable FAR’s
  • Experience with tracking and trending data

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, conduct, and report on the auditing/QA function of the Crew Services department
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Crew Scheduling, Crew Payroll, Crew Planning, and Crew Travel
  • Conduct audits related to Crew Payroll, Crew Scheduling, Crew Travel, Merlot data entry, and others upon request
  • Conduct external and internal audits as-needed (e.g., IEP, Flight Ops Safety, SAS, DoD)
  • Compile and create trending data based on audit results and offer process improvement recommendations
  • Provide monthly report findings to management or internal audit departments by assigned deadlines
  • Retain electronic audit results and source data
  • Conduct all phases of Crew Services training (initial, recurrent, supplemental) for Crew Payroll, Crew Travel, Crew Scheduling, Contract Compliance, Crew Planning, and Line Training (instructor-led, computer-based, desk checks, comp checks, proficiency checks)
  • Coordinate logistics for training (e.g., training room, computer availability, schedules, OJT)
  • Work with departments to update and remove employee access
  • Develop and update training content on 117 FARs, 121 FARs, company work rules, policies/procedures, crew management software, and resources
  • Track training compliance (must reads, R&I, CBT, employee records)
  • Update manuals and handbooks continuously to reflect current audit processes per company/department standards
  • Implement company policies and goals as directed by Director of Crew Services and Crew Resource Manager
  • Support all Crew Services departments as required
  • Other duties as assigned
