Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in credit management, debt recovery, and moratorship tracking. Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating external companies or providers related to debt collection is required. Strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and a results-oriented mindset are necessary, along with advanced negotiation and communication skills. Competency in data analysis for measuring team success and identifying trends is also required, as well as proficiency in financial management tools and advanced Excel skills. English language proficiency is valued positively.
The Credit Finance Lead will continuously monitor customer delinquency, identify risks and trends, design and implement debt recovery strategies, manage and oversee relationships with third-party recovery companies, act as a point of escalation for complaints, analyze data and prepare periodic reports on the evolution of the credit portfolio, negotiate payment plans with customers, and collaborate with internal teams (commercial, legal, administration, operations) to optimize credit management processes and prevent future incidents. They will also offer a better customer experience.
