3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε Credit Control ή σχετικό ρόλο ιδανικά σε οργανωμένο λογιστήριο
Ικανότητα εργασίας σε δυναμικό, ταχύ περιβάλλον
Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας & διαπραγμάτευσης
Γνώση λογιστικών συστημάτων & MS Office (ιδίως Excel)
Αναλυτική σκέψη & λήψη τεκμηριωμένων αποφάσεων
Κατανόηση του νομικού πλαισίου για επιχειρηματικές πιστώσεις
Οργανωτικότητα & διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών υπό πίεση
Desired Qualifications
Εμπειρία σε ERP περιβάλλον (SoftOne & ACS OnLine)

Responsibilities

Διαχείριση πιστωτικού κινδύνου και ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών στον τομέα των ταχυμεταφορών
Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για είσπραξη οφειλών (τηλέφωνο, email, γραπτώς)
Συνεργασία με πωλήσεις και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών για συνεπή πληρωμή
Παρακολούθηση συμμόρφωσης με όρους πληρωμής
Ανάλυση πιστοληπτικής ικανότητας και διαχείριση κινδύνων
Υποστήριξη λογιστικών συστημάτων παρακολούθησης λογαριασμών
Ενημέρωση αναφορών πληρωμών και ρευστότητας
Διασφάλιση ικανοποίησης πελατών χωρίς παραβίαση πολιτικών πληρωμών
Συμμετοχή σε στρατηγικές είσπραξης και βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών
