Credentialing Coordinator

Position Overview

Grow Therapy is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to join our Credentialing Operations team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for providers regarding their credentialing process, offering support, resolving issues, and providing clear communication. The Credentialing Coordinator will also identify trends in provider inquiries to improve workflows and the overall provider experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the Credentialing Department liaison for internal and external stakeholders, monitoring and responding to provider inquiries.
• Respond to provider inquiries about credentialing within a 24-business-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Utilize internal tools and documentation, such as HubSpot and Intercom, to accurately and professionally resolve provider questions.
• Collaborate with the Support team to train and upskill non-credentialing colleagues on common credentialing issues.
• Identify and flag recurring themes or blockers to Credentialing leadership, assisting in the identification of automation improvement opportunities.
• Provide support to credentialing specialists and the manager as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing and/or payor enrollment.
• Confidence in interacting with healthcare providers and ability to guide them effectively.
• Skill in managing a high volume of inbound questions with empathy and precision.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex topics simply.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to accurately follow process flows.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and reliability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000 - $62,000 USD. Base compensation will vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and candidate's working location.
