Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as policy, law, communications, technology, or ethics, and preferably a Master's, MBA, or equivalent experience in business strategy. Strong understanding of platform economics, network effects, two-sided markets, and the dynamics of platform growth is essential, along with 5+ years of experience in policy development and implementation within a technology or platform business environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, as is the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

The Creator Platform Policy Strategy & Development Manager will orchestrate the creation of a long-term policy strategy aligned with PlayStation’s mission, craft and evolve platform policies balancing partner empowerment and user needs, build cross-functional programs to address policy challenges, supervise and respond to evolving trends and regulatory changes, establish frameworks for assessing policy efficacy, and advise internal teams on policy matters. They will also write clear policy documentation for internal audiences.
