Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production—ideally a mix of in-house and agency
  • Skilled in timeline and resource planning, with a track record of keeping complex projects on schedule
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across creative, marketing, and external partners
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement workflows
  • Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to make creative delivery more efficient
  • Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital asset management systems (preferably Bynder)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for creative requests, managing intake and clarifying scope, timelines, and resourcing needs
  • Oversee daily studio operations, including managing project intake queues, maintaining file organization systems, and keeping the DAM up to date
  • Manage the creative review process end-to-end—coordinating feedback, tracking revisions, and ensuring stakeholders have what they need to approve work on time
  • Track deliverables across multiple workstreams, keeping projects on schedule and surfacing risks early
  • Manage capacity planning and help guide decisions around freelance or contractor needs
  • Maintain and improve creative operations processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures
  • Connect cross-functional partners and the creative team to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration
