Felix is seeking a Creative Strategist to serve as the creative leader at the intersection of performance marketing and creative strategy. This role is responsible for generating innovative ideas, angles, and formats for growth advertising, leading creative brainstorms, crafting hypothesis-driven briefs, and managing the creative production process from brief to execution. The strategist will leverage performance insights to inform and optimize future ad campaigns and utilize AI tools to scale creative production.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creative testing across digital marketing channels.
  • Lead creative brainstorms and facilitate engaging discussions to generate actionable insights for creative ideation.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process for creative assets, ensuring high quality and consistent pace.
  • Leverage AI tools for scaling creative exploits, briefing, designing, and exporting ads.
  • Own the User-Generated Content (UGC) creative process, from talent sourcing to final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with growth managers and Associate Creative Directors (ACDs) to maintain timelines and quality.
  • Manage freelance designers, motion designers, and video editors, ensuring remote team members stay on track.
  • Develop and own a comprehensive testing roadmap for new creative concepts, driving data-driven innovation.
  • Stay attuned to consumer and industry trends in healthcare and paid social marketing to drive creative innovation.
  • Contribute as a key leader in developing new creative concepts to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative production environment, either managing a creative team or collaborating closely with one.
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity with performance metrics and funnels across various platforms.
  • Possess tools and strategies for effective creative briefing and production management.
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple work streams and creative sprints.
  • Proven track record of growing conversion volume within Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets.
  • Deep understanding of current consumer and industry trends in paid social marketing.
