  • Ability to conduct timely, relevant research from various sources, including primary (focus groups, interviews) and secondary (databases, industry sites)
  • Skill in synthesizing research into digestible outputs for projects, RFPs, and client presentations
  • Proactive research on client brands and industry trends to support fresh thinking and impactful experiences
  • Affinity for creative ideation, leading and contributing to brainstorms and concept development
  • Experience sticking with projects long-term to ensure success throughout the process
  • Ability to develop measurable objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ground concept and proposal development
  • Capability to identify key insights for creative concepting and brainstorms
  • Participation in client presentations and pitches as needed
  • Skill in developing Measurement Plans, including objectives, KPIs, and data collection methods
  • Support for Account team in collecting/analyzing KPI data, calculating ROI/ROE, and providing optimization recommendations
  • Clear copywriting and storytelling in presentation decks, social posts, case studies, or other formats

  • Drive development of insightful, measurable big ideas that exceed client expectations, achieve results, and drive agency business
  • Drive concept development for select experiential projects and RFPs
  • Collaborate with Creative team members and cross-departmental teams
