Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar HR or HRBP role
  • Strong knowledge of HR core processes, including organizational development, engagement, and talent management
  • Experience working in multinational companies
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends (inferred from incomplete "market tre")

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main HR Point of Contact (PoC) for all leaders (local and remote) on talent administration and first contact for all employees based in Costa Rica (CR); collaborate with HR Ops and TA teams
  • Participate in the performance review cycle, supporting line managers on talent administration, including performance management, career development, and succession planning
  • Partner with Total Reward COE and local HR operations to support compensation and benefits programs
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and labor relations; serve as advisers on legal and local regulations
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, employment laws and regulations, Experian internal policies, and Code of Conduct; oversee employee administration, including benefits, legal norms, internal policies, and labor agreements
  • Work with line managers on GPTW results analysis and action planning to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture; collaborate on local engagement programs’ implementation; develop action plans based on people surveys and other initiatives
  • Utilize HR metrics and data to support people leaders’ decision-making; work with local HR Ops team to generate metrics and payroll calculations
  • Deliver training programs to support employee development and organizational growth
  • Implement NA HR strategies and best practices from the US to Costa Rica; act as a liaison between HR partners in the US/other regions and Costa Rica; participate in local and corporate HR projects (e.g., social responsibility, DEI, BCP, ERGs)
  • Investigate and address red flags from exit interviews, providing feedback to leaders; support all employee terminations, especially for remote leaders
