CPS Product Analyst

Position Overview

The CPS Product Analyst role has global responsibility and requires a principal level of technical understanding and analytical skills.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in Product Development: Collaborate with Product Owners to design and develop effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • System Performance & Effectiveness KPI Ownership:
    • Own the collection and definition of reporting requirements.
    • Analyze with technical teams and analytics experts from other teams to determine the best reporting methods.
    • Support the creation of reports in PowerBI, including requirement documentation, use case determination, and UAT coordination and execution, in close partnership with technical and business teams.
  • Support Task Survey Governance: Work with the Panel Experience team, Survey Hub team, and Business team on a process to ensure structured intake of survey requirements and efficient deployment of surveys in line with NIQ strategy.
  • Project Support: In collaboration with Product Owners, help manage project risks, contribute to risk mitigation strategies, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Report to stakeholders on the state and progress of solutions in scope.
    • Ensure timely risk awareness.
    • Autonomously work with stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and manage expectations properly, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Documentation and Analysis: Maintain documentation, analyze business processes, and ensure solutions are properly implemented and documented.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to country teams on new solutions and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Principal level of technical understanding.
  • Strong analytical skills.
