Requirements

3+ years of experience managing software or data-related projects
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a consulting or delivery-focused environment
Comfort working with cross-functional teams (technical and business)
Exposure to CPM/EPM tools (e.g., Vena, Anaplan, TM1, Oracle, SAP BPC) is a plus
Ability to learn technical concepts and speak with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills
Experience using project tracking tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project
Advanced Excel skills are a plus
Legally entitled to work in Canada

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end software implementation projects
Track and manage scope, timeline, budget, and resourcing
Act as the bridge between clients, consultants, and technical teams
Lead client meetings and provide regular updates
Identify and resolve blockers or project risks early
Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth delivery
Mentor and support junior team members
Contribute to process improvement and team collaboration
