Cohere is seeking a Country Manager for Germany to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the region. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, leading sales teams, and representing Cohere as a key player in the German market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in technology sales, strategic development, and relationship management.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience driving revenue growth and leading go-to-market efforts for a technology-focused organization/vendor/consultancy in the region.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-level consultative solution sales and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and lead a go-to-market growth strategy & strategic sales plan for the country.
  • Assume coordination of Cohere’s anchor partnership in the country.
  • Provide sales and operational leadership to Cohere’s cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Act as the primary representative of Cohere in the local market.
  • Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise-level clients and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate deals.
  • Collaborate with global teams to establish best practices for enterprise-level project implementations.
  • Maintain strong client engagement throughout project lifecycles.
  • Analyze and report on local market trends, opportunities, client needs, and competitor activities.
