Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industries
Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Proven track record of driving business growth and managing P&L in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in Singapore and Malaysia
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and last-mile delivery
Drive profitability by optimizing operational costs, improving efficiency, and managing financial performance
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key clients to strengthen JD Logistics’ market position
Ensure all logistics and business operations comply with local laws, industry regulations, and corporate policies
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
Collaborate with internal teams, local government agencies, partners, and clients to enhance service offerings and operational capabilities
Leverage technology and data analytics to drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
