Requirements

  • Has university degree and/or specialized external certification as equivalent
  • Proven experience in completing SaaS RFPs and Questionnaires
  • Prior experience with RFP response software tools is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in common efficiency and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Sharepoint)
  • Performs well with general instructions on routine work; requires detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Quality of work frequently impacts other, closely related work teams (those with interdependent deliverables)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze information and draw conclusions
  • The ability to work independently and function as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to and complete projects in adjacent areas
  • Solid understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and a basic knowledge of other disciplines
  • Basic understanding of how own area integrates with broader Business/Expert function

Responsibilities

  • Develops and drives growth plans in established and emerging markets
  • Executes consistent go-to-market strategies
  • Understands market landscapes and influences localized pricing scheme
  • Responsible for all aspects of commercial management including sales campaign, value proposition and messaging, results tracking and trending analysis, risk management and mitigation, customer negotiations, customer communications, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate and coordinate activities across functional teams (marketing, sales, product, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders) to ensure accuracy, confirm answers, and maintain a master database of knowledge responses with responses to customer ‘Requests for Responses” (RFPs)
  • Manage the completion and delivery of questionnaires assigned in a timely and organized manner
  • Understand the products we offer and can make suggestions based on issues or trends they identified on the customer side
  • Analyze RFPs, review documents to understand customer requirements, pricing criteria, and compliance needs
  • Prepare Proposals, draft detailed, accurate pricing sections for proposals, ensuring clarity and compliance
  • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
