The Corporate Social Media Specialist will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives, partnering with internal social media leads to ensure brand consistency and establish a governance structure. Responsibilities include building and managing a cross-channel social media calendar, creating compelling content tailored for each platform, and amplifying broader communication strategies. The role involves proactively monitoring social channels for reputational risks and public sentiment, escalating and responding appropriately to protect the brand. Additionally, the specialist will develop strategies and guidelines for an executive and ambassador program to enhance brand amplification and manage relationships with external vendors for content execution and performance optimization. Performance monitoring and reporting on social media channels against benchmarks are also key duties.
