Responsibilities

  • Fungeert als strategisch sparringspartner voor de business en denkt mee over personeelsplanning en employer branding
  • Coördineert en begeleidt het volledige recruitmentproces: van vacature-intake tot onboarding
  • Optimaliseert processen en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van de recruitmentstrategie
  • Bouwt aan relaties met externe partners, hogescholen en universiteiten (o.a. leerlijnen en stages)
  • Ondersteunt bij referral recruitment en zet campagnes op die écht werken
