Requirements
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in corporate of bureau recruitment
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht
- Gewend om gestructureerd te werken
- Ervaring met strategisch recruitment en procesoptimalisatie
- Affiniteit met techniek, infrastructuur of mobiliteit is een pré
- Je bent stressbestendig en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving met hoge werkdruk
Responsibilities
- Fungeert als strategisch sparringspartner voor de business en denkt mee over personeelsplanning en employer branding
- Coördineert en begeleidt het volledige recruitmentproces: van vacature-intake tot onboarding
- Optimaliseert processen en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van de recruitmentstrategie
- Bouwt aan relaties met externe partners, hogescholen en universiteiten (o.a. leerlijnen en stages)
- Ondersteunt bij referral recruitment en zet campagnes op die écht werken
