Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development
  • Currently pursuing MBA degree with graduation date of May/June 2027
  • Strong financial analysis and valuation skills, including understanding of investment/merger/acquisition analysis and related issues
  • Excellent business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the company
  • Excellent strategic and critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess market participants and trends in related markets for NVIDIA and assist in the formulation of strategies to grow in new adjacent markets, incorporating M&A, investments, and partnerships
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute a variety of strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, investments, and strategic projects & partnerships
  • Assess new opportunities including argument development, diligence, and issue resolution
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation, transaction execution & integration, and work alongside other corporate development team members to lead the internal and external transaction team
  • Partner with business unit colleagues and technical experts to prepare and deliver presentations to senior management
