Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience in accounting or finance, preferably from public accounting (Big 4 or Tier II National), investment banking, private equity, business development, transaction diligence, or management consulting. They must demonstrate proven knowledge of corporate finance, including valuation and financial analysis, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
The Corporate Development Associate will analyze financial and operating information for potential acquisitions, gather and synthesize market data to determine company strategy, and communicate insights across the organization, including to senior leadership. They will provide valuation for acquisitions and organic investment opportunities through model templates and ad hoc analysis, draft presentations and memoranda for internal and external stakeholders, work with various departments and senior leadership to negotiate transactions and synthesize due diligence findings, play an integral role in crafting market strategy and driving implementation, develop and maintain model templates, valuation policies and procedures, and due diligence best practices, develop and maintain department databases, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
