Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (Mandatory)
  • 10 years of technical sales experience (Mandatory)
  • 12–15 years of experience in the mining industry, specifically in flotation, water treatment, or specialized chemical sectors (Mandatory)
  • Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory)
  • Proven success in managing large accounts within the mining industry, with executive-level relationship sales experience (Mandatory)
  • Availability to travel within Chile at least one week per month (Mandatory)
  • Valid driver’s license held for at least 3–4 years (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Build corporate-level relationships and present new value propositions to clients (high-level corporate engagement within the sector)
  • Develop and expand both existing and new national accounts within a designated industry segment
  • Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts
  • Present value-added products and programs, emphasizing their impact on the client’s business
  • Ensure customer service delivery with a strong focus on Nalco Water’s value proposition
  • Establish and secure new major corporate-level business accounts
