Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (Mandatory)
- 10 years of technical sales experience (Mandatory)
- 12–15 years of experience in the mining industry, specifically in flotation, water treatment, or specialized chemical sectors (Mandatory)
- Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory)
- Proven success in managing large accounts within the mining industry, with executive-level relationship sales experience (Mandatory)
- Availability to travel within Chile at least one week per month (Mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 3–4 years (Mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Build corporate-level relationships and present new value propositions to clients (high-level corporate engagement within the sector)
- Develop and expand both existing and new national accounts within a designated industry segment
- Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts
- Present value-added products and programs, emphasizing their impact on the client’s business
- Ensure customer service delivery with a strong focus on Nalco Water’s value proposition
- Establish and secure new major corporate-level business accounts
