Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders to understand strategy and translate needs into IT opportunities
  • Develop and maintain investment roadmaps aligned with manufacturing and business strategies
  • Collaborate with BTS Delivery teams and external vendors to deliver IT solutions within budget, timeline, and service levels
  • Review Statements of Work to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs
  • Manage IT budgets, project capital/RCE expenditures, and ROI while identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Lead and develop teams, including resource planning and vendor management
  • Champion change and innovation, fostering creativity and openness to new ideas
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures
